BRMGSS operates a dedicated central legal cell to ensure that the rights of our mallgodam workers are protected at all times. Our union stands firmly against any form of exploitation, unjust termination, or wage disputes.

If you are facing discrimination, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment of wages by contractors, our legal team will represent you in the Labour Courts and before the Railway Board completely free of charge.
