📋 Constitutional Objectives

The constitution of BRMGSS is founded on the principles of equity, justice, and the socio-economic upliftment of the railway warehouse laborers. Our core objectives are clearly defined and pursued with utmost dedication:

• Nationalization of Labor: Ensuring that all laborers working in the godowns of Indian Railway goods sheds are formally nationalized and absorbed into the governmental framework.
• Equal Governmental Facilities: Demanding that our workers, who contribute equally to the logistics and success of Indian Railways, receive the same governmental facilities, allowances, and welfare benefits as regular railway employees.
• Formal Appointments: Securing official appointments for workers on a substitute basis to ensure absolute job security and a regulated employment structure.
• Eradication of Exploitation: Fighting against any form of exploitation, poverty, and illiteracy among the workers through education, legal aid, and united representation.
