The main goals of our Union, BRMGSS, are clear and unwavering: To reshape and transform the Indian Railway malgodam workers' life in the national interest.

We aim to completely free the workers from the chains of unemployment, poverty, hunger, deprivation, and illiteracy. By empowering our workforce, we are actively contributing to building a healthy, prosperous, cultured, and powerful India.

Our vision is a future where all workers laboring in the Indian Railway goods godowns are entirely governmentised.

They must receive all the statutory benefits, medical facilities, and privileges of Indian Railways, exactly like regular employees. On the basis of the Substitute framework, they should be paid fair and regulated wages, ensuring their families are secure and their hard work is formally recognized.
