🏛️ Core of The Movement

Welcome to the Bharatiya Railway Mallgodam Shramik Sangh (BRMGSS). We are proudly India’s largest and most active official union representing railway warehouse (mallgodam) workers across the nation.

The sole aim of this union is to free the workers from unemployment, poverty, hunger, deprivation, and illiteracy for the sake of the holistic development of India. We firmly believe that the welfare of our workers is fundamental to building a healthy, prosperous, cultured, and strong India. Among our ranks are our mothers, sisters, daughters, brothers, and elders of all castes and communities—working shoulder to shoulder for the nation's progress.

⚖️ Our Main Demands to the Government

• Nationalization of Labor: All laborers working in the godowns of Indian Railway goods sheds should be formally nationalized.
• Equal Governmental Facilities: Our workers contribute equally to the logistics and success of Indian Railways. They must be granted the same governmental facilities and welfare benefits as regular railway employees.
• Formal Appointments: Workers should be officially appointed on a substitute basis to ensure job security and a regulated employment framework.

📄 Path Forward: Verification & Submission

The Railway Board is urged to appoint the workers on the basis of the verified documentation we are submitting. It is our Union's moral and prime responsibility to fight for the welfare of our members, and we are absolutely committed to ensuring this process is transparent, efficient, and successfully implemented.
