⚖️ Statutory Audit & Trade Union Compliance

Statutory Audits: In full compliance with Section 28 of the Trade Unions Act, 1926, the accounts of Bharatiya Railway Mal Godam Shramik Sangh are annually audited by independent certified Chartered Accountants.

Filing of Annual Returns: Duly audited Balance Sheets, General Fund Accounts, and Statement of Assets and Liabilities are regularly submitted to the competent statutory regulatory authorities.

Democratic Accountability

BRMGSS is democratically governed by its constitution. Every registered railway goods godown worker has the right to inspect audited accounts at the national or zonal offices.
