📋 Mandatory Criteria & Submission Instructions

Eligibility: The participating bidder/agency must possess valid GST Registration, PAN, and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in similar government, PSU, or large union supply contracts.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): EMD must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) / Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of "Bharatiya Railway Mal Godam Shramik Sangh", payable at New Delhi.
Mode of Submission: All bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Envelope A: Technical Bid, Envelope B: Financial Bid) superscribed with Tender Notice Reference Number to:
