Official Union Notice

In view of ongoing heavy monsoon rains across multiple railway zones, all yard supervisors and goods shed worker representatives are instructed to ensure strict adherence to basic safety norms:

1. Mandatory wearing of anti-skid safety footwear and reflective rainwear during night shift operations.
2. Adequate waterproof tarpaulin coverage for all food grain and fertilizer wagons during loading/unloading.
3. Immediate reporting of waterlogged loading platforms or faulty high-mast yard lighting to the station superintendent.
4. Availability of clean drinking water and functional first-aid kits at all local shed rest areas.

Safety is paramount for every worker. Any contractor found compromising worker safety will be reported to the Railway Labour Commissioner.
